Position Overview

The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fleet consisting of 100+ vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicle availability, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency across the fleet. This role is vital to maintaining Jeebly’s commitment to delivering timely and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities

As the Fleet Supervisor, your core duties will include monitoring fleet performance, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring optimal vehicle utilization. You’ll manage scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance, while also keeping detailed records of fuel usage, mileage, servicing, and repairs. You’ll also collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with business goals.

Required Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven experience managing a fleet of 100 or more vehicles, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector. A strong understanding of route planning, driver supervision, and vehicle tracking systems is essential to succeed in this position.

Technical and Operational Skills

We’re seeking candidates with a keen eye for operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost control. Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking tools is highly preferred. The ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues and coordinate timely maintenance is critical to ensuring business continuity.
