Job Description
Fleet Sales and Business Development: As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities with corporate and government clients. You’ll play a vital role in increasing the market share of JAC vehicles across Dubai, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah through active prospecting and client acquisition.
Client Relationship Management: You will develop strong, long-term relationships with fleet and corporate clients to understand their business needs, vehicle requirements, and purchasing cycles. By offering tailored solutions, you will enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Sales Negotiations and Contracts: You will handle end-to-end sales processes, including preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and finalizing agreements. Your ability to close deals while maintaining profitability will be key to achieving both individual and departmental sales targets.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market studies to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about emerging automotive trends. This proactive approach will help you position the JAC brand as a preferred choice among fleet buyers and leasing companies.
Product Knowledge and Presentation: You will maintain a strong understanding of JAC vehicle specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. You’ll also conduct vehicle demonstrations, product presentations, and test drives for potential customers.
Sales Reporting and Coordination: Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates. You’ll coordinate closely with the logistics, finance, and service departments to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and exceptional after-sales support for all fleet customers.
