Seeking an experienced Fit Out General Manager to lead and oversee comprehensive construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage entire fit-out project lifecycles

Coordinate with design, construction, and client teams

Develop and implement project strategies

Ensure project quality, timeline, and budget compliance

Supervise project teams and resources

Manage client relationships

Conduct technical and financial project evaluations

Requirements

Extensive experience in fit-out project management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven track record of successful project delivery

Advanced understanding of construction processes

Strategic planning capabilities

Expertise in budget management

Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 7-10 years of fit-out industry experience

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction standards

Advanced project management certifications
