Role Overview – RIKAS Hospitality Group is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced financial professionals with strong analytical expertise, hospitality and hotel operations knowledge, and the ability to manage financial planning effectively, develop forecasts, provide financial analysis, support decision-making, and contribute to organizational financial success within a dynamic hospitality organization.

Financial Planning and Forecasting – You will develop comprehensive financial plans by analyzing business drivers, creating detailed forecasts, and establishing financial targets. You will prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections supporting operational planning. You will develop financial plans aligning with organizational strategy and supporting growth objectives.

Budget Development and Management – You will lead budget development by coordinating departmental input, consolidating budgets, and preparing comprehensive financial budgets. You will establish budget controls, monitor spending, analyze variances, and support budget accountability. You will develop realistic budgets supporting operational requirements.

Revenue Forecasting and Analysis – You will develop revenue forecasts by analyzing historical trends, understanding market dynamics, and projecting future performance. You will forecast revenue by property, department, and service line. You should develop accurate revenue projections supporting planning.

Operating Expense Analysis – You will analyze operating expenses by examining cost structures, identifying drivers, and supporting cost optimization. You will analyze expenses by category and property, identify trends, and recommend improvements. You should manage expense analysis and cost control.

Capital Expenditure Planning – You will manage capital planning by developing capital budgets, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting capital allocation decisions. You will analyze ROI, track capital projects, and support capital governance. You should manage capital planning processes.
