Role Overview – Al Mansouri Petroleum is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced finance leaders with strong financial planning expertise, petroleum industry knowledge, and the ability to manage financial planning operations effectively, develop financial strategies, support business decisions, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to organizational financial success within a dynamic petroleum and energy business environment.

Financial Planning Strategy Development – You will develop comprehensive financial planning strategies aligned with organizational objectives, assess financial opportunities, and implement planning initiatives supporting business growth. You will conduct strategic financial analysis, identify strategic opportunities, and develop strategies supporting long-term value creation. You will contribute to organizational financial strategy and planning.

Annual Budget Development and Management – You will lead annual budget development by coordinating budget planning, establishing financial targets, and developing comprehensive budgets. You will compile department budgets, review proposals, implement cost controls, and monitor budget performance throughout the year. You will manage budget approval processes and support budget governance.

Financial Forecasting and Projections – You will develop financial forecasts and projections by analyzing historical data, assessing market conditions, and creating forward-looking estimates. You will prepare revenue forecasts, expense projections, and cash flow forecasts. You will update forecasts regularly and provide management with financial outlook information.

Variance Analysis and Performance Monitoring – You will analyze financial variances by comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts, investigating significant differences, and identifying root causes. You will prepare variance reports, provide explanations for variances, and recommend corrective actions. You will monitor financial performance continuously.
