Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance department, focusing on enhancing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve financial reporting processes

Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls

Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership

Oversee financial planning and analysis

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

Supervise accounting team and financial operations

Requirements:

Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)

Minimum 5-7 years of financial control experience

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations

Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis

Advanced Excel and financial software skills

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Fluency in English; Arabic a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Extensive experience in financial management within gas or engineering sectors preferred
