You will work closely with management to analyse financial data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support key business decisions that shape the company's direction.

In this role, you will analyse financial statements, reports, and business performance metrics, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and identify financial trends that inform strategic recommendations. Developing and maintaining financial models and spreadsheets will be central to your work, as will supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights. You will also perform market research and competitor analysis, assist with revenue, expense, and profitability analysis, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives will be an ongoing part of your contribution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication are essential, as is the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, and internship or project experience in finance or business analytics are all considered valuable advantages.
