In this position, you will build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while developing personalised financial plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances. Your day-to-day work will include providing guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth-building strategies, as well as identifying opportunities to grow and expand client portfolios over time. You will stay current on market trends and industry developments to ensure your advice remains relevant and sound, while maintaining full compliance with applicable industry regulations and internal company standards.

The ideal candidate brings two to five years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, banking, or a related area of financial services. A post-secondary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a comparable field is expected, and relevant certifications such as CFP, PFP, CSC, MFDA, or IIROC will be considered a meaningful asset. You are a strong communicator with a natural ability to build trust, and you are comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting without sacrificing quality or responsiveness to clients.
