Role Overview – Orient Insurance Company is hiring a Financial Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced financial professionals with strong advisory expertise, insurance and investment knowledge, and the ability to provide comprehensive financial guidance effectively, build client relationships, develop financial solutions, support client success, and contribute to organizational growth within a dynamic insurance and financial services organization.

Client Financial Assessment and Needs Analysis – You will assess client financial situations by conducting comprehensive interviews, analyzing financial status, understanding goals, and identifying financial needs. You will evaluate current financial position, assess risk tolerance, and develop deep understanding of client objectives. You will use financial assessments to inform advisory recommendations and solution development.

Insurance Product Knowledge and Recommendations – You will develop comprehensive knowledge of Orient Insurance products by understanding coverage options, policy features, and product benefits. You will recommend appropriate insurance solutions matching client needs and risk profiles. You should be expert in insurance products and coverage options supporting client protection.

Investment and Wealth Management Advisory – You will provide investment advisory by recommending investment strategies, discussing asset allocation, and supporting wealth management objectives. You will understand investment options, evaluate investment suitability, and support long-term wealth building. You should provide knowledgeable investment guidance aligned with client goals.

Client Relationship Building and Management – You will build strong client relationships by understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust, support client success, and identify additional financial needs. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric in all interactions.
