Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

- Reconcile accounts and ledgers

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes

- Assist in audit preparations and liaisons with external auditors

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Knowledge of UAE tax regulations is a plus
