Job Description / Role

Guildhall is collaborating with an international prominent logistics company to recruit a skilled Finance Supervisor for their team in Kuwait. As a Finance Supervisor, you will oversee financial operations and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Reporting to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Responsible for communicating with key clients.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Management:

Handle the entire process of COD refunds for key clients.

Complete COD refund accounts and address any related issues.

Financial Operations:

Manage invoicing, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment verification of all expenses for key clients on a monthly basis.

Conduct relevant accounting and auditing of all expenses for 3PL.

Submit weekly headquarters accounts receivable reports and key client payment reports.

Compile weekly forecasts of all income and settlement items and provide accurate estimated data at the end of the month.

Regulatory Compliance:

Collect and stay updated with national and local financial and tax laws and regulations.

Research the latest tax policies and regulations to avoid legal risks.

Banking Operations:

Coordinate bank account opening, manage bank accounts, and handle related matters such as fund budgeting.

Additional Duties:

Other related matters arranged by the line manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance management or related fields.

More than 3 years of financial work experience, with comprehensive financial experience preferred.

Experience in the logistics and express delivery industry is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, writing abilities, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit.

Highly self-motivated and responsible, with a passion for work and new challenges.

Strong logical thinking ability, adept at asking questions, identifying, and analyzing problem-solving.

Long-term development plan in the Middle East.

Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
