We are seeking an experienced Finance / Senior Accountant to join our team in the real estate sector. This is a key role for a professional with 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate finance. Key Responsibilities:

As the Finance / Senior Accountant, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Your primary duties will include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis. You will also handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely tax filings. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making and improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate finance is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an advantage. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential.
