Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization. This includes managing budgeting processes, financial forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The Finance Manager will prepare accurate financial statements and reports, manage cash flow, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management. This role requires strong leadership to mentor and guide the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address any financial issues.

Cash Flow and Financial Management:

Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain optimal liquidity.

Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.

Strategic Financial Insights:

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

Conduct financial analysis and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support the development and execution of business strategies through financial planning and analysis.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and with other departments.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the construction equipment industry or a related sector.

Proven track record of managing financial operations and leading a finance team.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems for financial management and reporting.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required.

Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: AED 48,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
