Job Description:

Fine Match Recruitment is actively seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to enhance the finance department of a leading Private Capital Placement firm. This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented individual with 8-10 years of experience, a robust auditing background, and experience in client account management within an accounting firm setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and budgets.

Lead the audit process, implementing best practices for financial efficiency.

Manage tax planning and compliance in accordance with KSA regulations.

Provide strategic financial insights to support the company's growth objectives.

Supervise and mentor finance department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance and auditing, preferably within an accounting firm environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Solid experience in auditing with a strong understanding of financial books management for diverse clientele.

Knowledge of KSA tax filing and familiarity with the ZATCA regulatory framework is advantageous but not mandatory.

Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Proficiency in tax planning and compliance with regional regulations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
