Job Specifications:

SOLIS Recruitment Middle East is seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager/FP&A Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to manage and develop a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Provide commercial and stakeholder relationship management to drive business performance.

Utilize strong FP&A and Excel skills to deliver insightful financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Foster a can-do attitude within the team, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Candidate Profile:

Must be immediately available or able to start within a maximum notice period of one month.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.

Excellent commercial and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills.

Proficient in Excel and other financial software.

Can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
