Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our luxury development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with UAE developers and a comprehensive understanding of real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for development projects

Oversee project-specific financial modeling and feasibility studies

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor cash flow and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and reporting requirements

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability

Manage relationships with external auditors and consultants

Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred

Minimum 8+ years of financial management experience

Proven experience working with UAE real estate developers

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and reporting requirements

Excellence in financial modeling and analysis

Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
