Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Develop and maintain financial models and budgeting processes

Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial insights

Monitor and optimize company financial performance

Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and documentation

Accounting and Reporting

Oversee company accounting operations

Prepare financial statements in compliance with UAE accounting standards

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile financial accounts

Support annual audit processes

Financial Planning and Strategy

Develop financial forecasts and budget recommendations

Identify cost-saving opportunities

Provide financial guidance to senior management

Monitor cash flow and financial risk management

Support strategic business decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) preferred

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management

Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
