Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive financial planning and budgeting

Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives

Manage financial operations and reporting processes

Collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights

Support decision-making through robust financial analysis

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years of finance management experience

Strong background in e-commerce or retail finance

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication abilities

Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

CPA or similar professional certification preferred

Requirements:

Proven track record of financial strategy implementation

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail

Adaptability and strategic thinking
