About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to join our luxury fashion business in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will drive financial excellence while supporting our growth in the dynamic e-commerce fashion sector. This role combines financial expertise with business acumen to enhance our market position in the luxury retail space.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Manage cash flow and optimize working capital

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures

Analysis & Reporting

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights

Analyze trends in the luxury fashion sector to inform financial planning

Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with retail teams

Business Partnership

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support

Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize online sales performance

Work closely with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels

Support business development initiatives with financial modeling and analysis

Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency

Risk Management

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements

Manage financial risk and develop mitigation strategies

Oversee audit processes and relationships with external auditors

Monitor and improve internal control systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred

5+ years of progressive finance experience

Experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry preferred

Strong understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools

Experience with e-commerce platforms and metrics

Knowledge of accounting software and systems

Strong data analysis capabilities
