Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team for a six-month internship program. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel financial operations and learn from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily financial operations and transactions

Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements

Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Participate in budget preparation and analysis

Assist with bank reconciliations and financial document filing

Support the team with data entry and maintenance of financial records

Help prepare financial analysis and presentations

Learn and assist with hotel-specific accounting software and systems

Participate in month-end closing procedures

Support audit preparation activities

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Strong academic record

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent organizational abilities

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of hospitality industry operations

Previous internship experience in finance or accounting

Familiarity with accounting software

Understanding of UAE financial regulations

Additional language skills are a plus
