Role Overview

R Holding is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Facilities Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations alongside overseeing facilities-related functions to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to coordinate administrative and operational tasks effectively within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance & Facilities Executive, you will manage financial records, process invoices, monitor expenses, and support budgeting and financial reporting activities. You will ensure accuracy in financial documentation and assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations. In addition to finance responsibilities, you will oversee facilities management by coordinating office maintenance, managing vendors, ensuring workplace safety standards, and handling office supplies and administrative support tasks. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operations and a well-maintained working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in finance and administrative or facilities roles. Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, and reporting is essential. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and accounting tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage both financial and operational responsibilities efficiently are critical for success in this role. Experience in the UAE market will be considered an advantage.
