Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Provide financial information to management by preparing reports and analyzing data.

Transaction Documentation: Document financial transactions by entering account information.

Account Management: Manage income and expenditure accounts and monitor the company’s financial status.

VAT Filing: Handle UAE VAT filing.

Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy.

Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits and ensure compliance with AML procedures.

Payroll and Commissions: Prepare and release WPS and commission payments.

Property Management: Manage all property management units and handle related financial matters.

Bank Transactions: Deposit cheques and cash at the bank.

Contract Preparation: Prepare property management rent contracts and receipts.

Agent Coordination: Coordinate and manage agents for financial matters.

Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and various reports at the end of the month.

Budget Preparation: Prepare monthly budgets.

Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2-3 years UAE experience in the real estate field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software such as PACT ERP, PACT Revenue, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.

Education: Master's in Accounting; CMA, ACCA, or CA is an added advantage.

Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
