Position: Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

Monitor and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.

Support the finance team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in audit preparations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
