Overview:

KS Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, process/system improvements, and team leadership. Candidates must be based in the UAE and have prior UAE work experience. Experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.

Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections, and other special projects as required).

Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.

Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms' performance.

Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting.

Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals.

Implement process and system improvements to enhance business efficiency and support growth.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.

Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades.

Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred.

10-13 years of relevant financial experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Must be a qualified accountant.

Experience in managing teams and leading process/system improvements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, with English as your native language.

Proven track record in helping businesses to grow.

Prior UAE work experience is mandatory; experience in Saudi Arabia is beneficial.
