Leadership Overview – The Finance Director role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire financial framework of a diversified holding group. This role requires strategic vision, deep financial expertise, and the ability to guide executive decision-making through accurate financial insights and long-term planning.

Strategic Financial Planning – The position leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and organizational objectives. The Finance Director plays a key role in shaping sustainable growth plans while balancing profitability, liquidity, and risk management.

Treasury and Cash Management – This role oversees cash flow planning, capital structure optimization, and financial risk management to ensure the group maintains strong financial stability. It involves managing funding requirements, banking relationships, and liquidity strategies across multiple business units.

Compliance and Reporting – The Finance Director ensures full compliance with international financial reporting standards, regulatory frameworks, and internal governance policies. Accurate and timely financial reporting is a core responsibility, supporting transparency and stakeholder confidence.

Audit and Control Oversight – The role coordinates internal and external audits, strengthens financial controls, and ensures robust governance practices are implemented consistently across all group entities. It actively addresses audit findings and improves financial processes.

Executive Advisory Role – Acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, the Finance Director provides strategic insights, financial risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making at board and executive levels.
