About the Role

Keeta is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Dubai who can bridge the gap between finance and business operations. You'll be the strategic finance leader who translates numbers into action, partners with business units to drive performance, and shapes financial decisions that accelerate growth.

Be the Finance Voice at the Table

You'll sit with business leaders – operations, marketing, product, commercial teams – and become their trusted finance advisor. You'll challenge assumptions, validate strategies with data, spotlight financial risks, and help teams make smarter decisions. You're not just reporting numbers; you're influencing direction.

Own Financial Performance for Your Business Units

You'll take ownership of P&L analysis for specific business areas – whether that's delivery operations, customer acquisition, or new market launches. You'll track performance against targets, diagnose variances, identify profit leaks, and work with teams to course-correct in real time.

Drive Budgeting and Forecasting

You'll lead the budgeting and forecasting process for your business partners. This means building detailed financial models, challenging assumptions, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, stress-testing scenarios, and delivering forecasts that actually reflect reality – not just wishful thinking.

Turn Data into Strategic Insights

You'll dig into the numbers to find the story. Why did costs spike? Where's the ROI opportunity? Which customer segments are most profitable? You'll build dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses, present insights to leadership, and make sure finance isn't just reactive – it's proactive.

Support Pricing and Commercial Decisions

You'll work on pricing strategy, promotion analysis, commission structures, vendor negotiations, and commercial deals. You'll model the financial impact of decisions before they're made, ensuring the business grows profitably – not just quickly.
