Job Title: Field Technician - Core Network Experience (DWDM, IP, and Transmission Network)

Location: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai

Job Description:

Aspire Manpower Services is seeking experienced Field Technicians with expertise in Core Network operations, specifically in DWDM, IP, and Transmission Networks. The successful candidates will be responsible for routine link provision, preventive maintenance, fault rectification, and supporting maintenance activities across various locations including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine link provisioning and ensure efficient preventive maintenance.

Rectify faults in a timely and effective manner to maintain network integrity.

Handle Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance activities.

Utilize expertise in transmission technology and equipment to support network operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of field experience in a relevant role.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in routine link provision and preventive maintenance.

Expertise in fault rectification and network troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with transmission technology and equipment.

Ability to handle Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance activities.

Strong support and maintenance capabilities.
