Duties & Responsibilities:

Service Planning:

Develop and implement service plans to drive continuous business growth.

Establish service business intelligence and track the implementation of service plans at the distributor level.

Service Product Offerings:

Assist distributors in launching attractive service product offerings, including contracts, extended warranties, and customized schemes, targeting private, corporate, and fleet sectors.

Service Marketing:

Design and execute effective service marketing campaigns.

Develop seasonal and customized campaigns based on market trends and customer needs.

Dealer Clinics/Operations Audits:

Conduct dealer visits to recommend and implement changes for improved dealer standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

7–10 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in service planning and business development.
