Job Title: We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in sales within the interior, construction, or building material industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the UAE.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, your key role will be to identify new business opportunities, meet potential clients, and generate sales leads. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring smooth execution of contracts and projects. You will also be expected to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Client Engagement: The position requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as you will be directly engaging with decision-makers from the interior design, construction, and building material sectors. Building long-term business partnerships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions will be critical aspects of this role.

Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the UAE construction and interior design market is essential. You will need to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to effectively position the company’s products and services. A proactive approach in researching and identifying growth opportunities will give you a competitive edge.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE within interiors, construction, or building materials. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory to visit clients and attend site meetings. Immediate availability will be considered an added advantage.
