Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced F&B Shift In Charge to lead our food and beverage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent service delivery and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily F&B service operations during assigned shifts

Lead and motivate the F&B service team

Ensure high standards of food and beverage service

Manage guest relations and handle feedback

Monitor service quality and maintain standard operating procedures

Coordinate between kitchen and service teams

Handle staff scheduling and supervision

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as F&B Shift In Charge in a luxury hotel

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication abilities

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work flexible hours
