Job Description:

The F&B Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all outlets. This role involves leading and training a diverse team, maintaining high standards of quality, managing operational costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, with experience in managing multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of F&B operations to ensure efficient service across all outlets.

Monitor and control daily operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to achieve high standards of service and productivity.

Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff development and performance management.

Quality Control:

Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements as needed.

Financial Management:

Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.

Develop and manage budgets, and provide financial reports to senior management.

Customer Service:

Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and guest experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.

Proven experience in managing multiple branches or outlets.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in managing operational costs and financial reporting.

Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.

Salary:

Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
