Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional F&B Event Manager to elevate our dining experience at one of Dubai's most prestigious dinner show venues. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic blend of restaurant management expertise and event coordination skills to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee comprehensive event management for the restaurant's dining and entertainment experiences

Develop and implement strategic event planning and execution processes

Manage front-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional customer service

Coordinate complex dining events, ensuring seamless operational flow

Supervise and motivate F&B team members

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders

Create and manage event budgets

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven track record in standalone restaurant management

Extensive experience in event coordination and execution

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to manage complex events efficiently

Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency in event management and reservation systems

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in Dubai

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-end restaurant or event management

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Hospitality management degree or related certification

Experience in fine dining or show venues

Knowledge of international food and beverage trends
