Gloria Hotels seeks an accomplished F&B Captain to elevate our luxury dining experience in Dubai. This leadership role requires impeccable service standards and the ability to inspire teams in our prestigious 5-star establishment.

Service Excellence Leadership

You will oversee flawless restaurant operations, ensuring every guest receives personalized, white-glove service. Your expertise will maintain Michelin-level standards across table settings, food presentation, and beverage service.

Team Supervision & Training

Leading a team of servers, you'll implement continuous training programs to refine service techniques and product knowledge. Your coaching will develop staff into hospitality professionals who anticipate guest needs.

VIP Guest Relations

Your interpersonal skills will shine when handling special requests from discerning guests. You'll build rapport with regular patrons while discreetly managing any service recoveries to preserve our reputation.

Operational Management

The role demands mastery of restaurant logistics – from reservation coordination to table turnover optimization. You'll collaborate with chefs to ensure perfect timing between kitchen and floor operations.

Quality Control

You'll conduct regular inspections of table setups, glassware, and service stations. Your attention to detail will guarantee consistency in our luxury dining environment.

Candidate Profile

We require:

  • 4+ years as Captain in 5-star hotels/international chains
  • Extensive knowledge of fine dining protocols
  • Wine and gastronomy expertise
  • UAE experience and immediate availability
