Roles & Responsibilities
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Sales Achievement: Achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
Customer Insights: Collecting data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to input for business reviews.
Client Relationships: Driving client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
Product Feedback: Providing pre-buying feedback on products.
Employee Engagement: Driving eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
Visual Merchandising: Ensuring adherence to VM guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Service Level Agreement: Ensuring click and collect are conducted within SLAs.
Customer Data Management: Ensuring customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
Loyalty Program: Promoting the MUSE loyalty program and staying up-to-date with app offerings.
In-Store Marketing: Supporting in-store marketing events and activations.
Social Media: Keeping abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
Sales: Driving sell-throughs within the store.
Customer Experience: Supporting in-store CX initiatives.
Store Feedback: Providing input on what is working well and what is not within the store.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Communication Skills: Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service (retail, real estate, hospitality).
Clientelling Skills: Strong understanding of database and clientelling.
