About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Supervisor/Manager – Corporate Manufacturing Office to join our Procurement & Operations team. This is a leadership role for a professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. Key Responsibilities:

As the Factory Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the corporate manufacturing office, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Your primary duties will include managing production schedules, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will lead and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in factory supervision or management, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector, is required. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards is essential.
