Role Overview – Puncak Emas Infra Sdn is hiring a Facility Manager/Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. This position is ideal for accomplished facilities professionals with strong facility management expertise, infrastructure and building operations knowledge, and the ability to manage facility functions effectively, oversee maintenance operations, coordinate building services, ensure compliance, maintain standards, support operational efficiency, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic infrastructure organization.

Facility Operations Management – You will manage facility operations by overseeing processes, maintaining systems, coordinating activities, and driving efficiency. You will ensure organized facility environment supporting organizational objectives. You should manage facility operations strategically and professionally.

Building and Infrastructure Management – You will manage buildings and infrastructure by overseeing maintenance, coordinating repairs, ensuring standards, and supporting functionality. You will maintain operational buildings and systems. You should manage building operations effectively.

Maintenance and Repair Coordination – You will coordinate maintenance by organizing schedules, managing contractors, overseeing repairs, and supporting timely completion. You will ensure buildings remain in good condition. You should manage maintenance operations.

Preventive Maintenance Programs – You will implement preventive maintenance by scheduling services, coordinating activities, tracking completion, and maintaining records. You will support equipment longevity and reliability. You should manage preventive maintenance.

Equipment and Systems Maintenance – You will maintain equipment and systems by overseeing servicing, coordinating repairs, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliability. You will keep infrastructure systems operational. You should manage equipment maintenance.

HVAC System Management – You will manage HVAC systems by overseeing maintenance, coordinating repairs, monitoring performance, and ensuring comfort. You will maintain climate control systems. You should manage HVAC operations.
