Deow International, a recruitment agency operating in the UAE since 2006 as part of the global Deow Group, is looking for a Facility Manager with F&B experience to join a hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi. This is a role for someone who understands that managing a facility is not just about maintenance. It is about keeping the guest experience intact, every single day.

This is a senior role for a professional who has worked across both facility management and F&B operations. You will oversee the day-to-day operational and facility requirements of the property, ensuring that everything from equipment maintenance to vendor coordination runs smoothly. You will lead teams, manage operational budgets, and ensure that health, safety, and quality standards are met. You will work closely with F&B teams to ensure that back-of-house and front-of-house operations are aligned, and you will solve problems as they arise, because in hospitality, there is no room for downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong F&B operations experience, with a background in hotels, restaurants, or catering. You have facility management expertise, leadership and team management skills, and strong operational and problem-solving abilities. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across departments, and ensuring that the facility meets the operational needs of the business. Immediate joiners are preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The salary range is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month,
