Job Summary:
As a Facility Coordinator, you will ensure that the Chalhoub Group facilities in Riyadh are fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing maintenance, managing utilities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also play a key role in maintaining communication with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Maintenance:
Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking the installation and servicing of building equipment.
Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
Resource Management:
Maintain stock levels and parts within the allocated budget.
Assist with energy management and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Communication and Coordination:
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to address facility-related needs.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
