Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager / Project Manager to oversee our facility management operations and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, leading project teams, and ensuring service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facilities management operations and maintenance activities

Develop and implement facilities management strategies and procedures

Manage multiple facility management projects from inception to completion

Lead and coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors

Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs

Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements

Handle emergency and crisis management situations

Develop and maintain facility management documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facilities management or project management

Professional certification in Facilities Management (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Experience with CAFM systems and project management software

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficient in MS Office and facility management software

Strong budget management and cost control abilities

Risk management and contingency planning expertise
