Role Overview: A Facilities Manager is required for a permanent position with one of our clients in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facilities management within high-rise buildings.

Experience Requirements: Candidates must have hands-on experience with building systems such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components. Knowledge of building maintenance practices is essential.

Soft Services: In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must have a basic understanding of soft services like cleaning and pest control. This knowledge will help oversee vendors and ensure service quality.

Working Conditions: The position involves 9-hour workdays. Any additional hours worked will be considered and compensated as overtime (OT), offering opportunities for increased earnings.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for managing reports, tracking maintenance schedules, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Structure: The basic salary ranges between 8000–9000 QAR/month. Additional benefits include 300 QAR for food, 2000 QAR for accommodation, and 300 QAR for transport.
