Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining facility operations, ensuring optimal performance of building systems, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems

Monitor and optimize building management systems and energy consumption

Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare detailed reports

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Respond to emergency situations and implement corrective measures

Manage facility-related projects and renovations

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports

Supervise and coordinate with maintenance teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management

Valid UAE engineering license (preferred)

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)

Experience with building management systems (BMS)

Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software

Essential Skills

Strong technical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent project management skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
