Role Overview – Consolidated Shipping Group (CSS Group) is expanding our logistics team and seeking experienced logistics professionals for Export Operations Executive roles in Jebel Ali. These positions are ideal for air freight operations professionals looking for opportunities where their work matters and they can contribute to our growing organization.

Export Operations Management – You will manage export operations including coordinating air freight shipments, processing export bookings, handling export documentation, coordinating cargo pickup from exporters, managing shipment consolidation, coordinating airline bookings, tracking export shipments, and ensuring smooth export operations from origin to destination.

Air Freight Export Coordination – You will coordinate air freight export operations by booking cargo space with airlines, submitting export manifests, coordinating cargo acceptance at airport, managing airline relationships, tracking flight schedules, coordinating cargo loading, handling priority and urgent shipments, and ensuring timely export air freight operations.

Export Documentation – You will prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, Air Waybills (AWB), export declarations, certificates of origin, dangerous goods declarations when applicable, customs documentation, and other export paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

Customs Clearance Coordination – You will coordinate export customs clearance by submitting customs declarations, coordinating with customs authorities, handling customs inspections, obtaining export permits when required, ensuring compliance with export regulations, resolving customs issues, and facilitating smooth customs clearance for export shipments.

Airline and Agent Coordination – You will coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, ground handling agents, consolidators, and logistics partners to ensure efficient export operations, coordinate space allocations, manage service delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain effective partnerships.

Shipment Tracking and Monitoring – You will track and monitor export shipments using cargo tracking systems, provide status updates to customers, identify and resolve delays or issues, coordinate with airlines on shipment location, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain shipment visibility throughout export process.

Operations Reporting – You will prepare export operations reports including daily shipment reports, booking summaries, performance metrics, revenue reports, and operational statistics, providing management with comprehensive export operations information.
