Job Description

Role Overview – OME Real Estate is hiring an Experienced Real Estate Agent for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong real estate expertise, Dubai property market knowledge, and the ability to generate sales effectively, build client relationships, manage transactions, develop business, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate services organization.

Property Sales and Business Development – You will develop real estate business by identifying prospects, generating leads, and closing property sales. You will build client base, develop sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets. You should generate consistent real estate sales supporting company revenue.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain client relationships by understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining contact. You will develop client trust, support client satisfaction, and identify additional business opportunities. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric.

Property Showings and Viewings – You will conduct property showings by organizing viewings, demonstrating properties, and highlighting features. You will answer client questions, address concerns, and support client decision-making. You should showcase properties effectively.

Client Needs Assessment – You will assess client needs by conducting consultations, understanding requirements, and identifying suitable properties. You will ask probing questions, listen actively, and recommend appropriate properties. You should understand client motivations.

Property Valuation and Market Analysis – You will analyze properties by evaluating locations, assessing market value, and providing valuation guidance. You will research comparable properties, understand pricing, and support fair valuations. You should conduct thorough property analysis.
