Job Description:

Aaronz & Co Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organized Listings Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing the entire process of listing properties for sale or lease, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Listings: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of property listings, from initial client meetings to listing agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Data Management: Enter and update property information in multiple listing services (MLS) and other real estate platforms with precision and attention to detail.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their property listings, providing regular updates and responding to inquiries promptly.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute compelling marketing materials, including property brochures, online listings, social media content, and email campaigns.

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage property showings, open houses, and inspections, coordinating with all parties to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure all listings comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Agent Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including preparing listing presentations, managing paperwork, and assisting with client communications.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain detailed reports on listing activity, market trends, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a real estate administrative or coordination role, with a proven track record of success.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).

High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
