Job Description

Job Overview: The Executive Secretary will serve as a key administrative partner to senior management, ensuring that all executive-level tasks are carried out with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and acting as a trusted point of contact between executives and internal as well as external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include handling confidential documentation, preparing high-quality correspondence, coordinating executive travel arrangements, and maintaining a smooth calendar for management. You will also be required to screen calls, manage meeting logistics, draft professional communications, and ensure executives are supported in their daily functions to maximize efficiency.

Work Environment: This role is based in a reputed hospitality organization where professionalism and confidentiality are highly prioritized. The Executive Secretary will work closely with directors, department heads, and senior leaders to maintain the seamless flow of operations. Adaptability, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential in maintaining effective professional relationships.
