Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Executive Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within our driving training institute.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers
Provide comprehensive and detailed information about our driving courses, services, and current promotions
Manage customer registrations with precision and efficiency
Process customer payments accurately and professionally
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our database
Resolve customer concerns and address potential issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
Support marketing efforts by effectively communicating our institute's value proposition
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Key Requirements:
Proven customer service experience, with preferred background in driving training institutes or related educational services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with digital communication tools and customer management systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational abilities
