Customer Query Management ✦ The Executive – Customer Relations will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries received through company websites, digital platforms, and other communication channels while ensuring every query is handled professionally and converted into potential business opportunities.

Lead Conversion and Follow-Up ✦ This role focuses on converting incoming inquiries into confirmed sales by understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Timely Response Handling ✦ The position requires prompt attention to all customer queries, ensuring minimal response time and maintaining service quality standards while delivering clear, helpful, and courteous communication at all times.

Client Issue Resolution ✦ The executive will handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism while ensuring positive outcomes and long-term client relationships.

Escalation Management ✦ The role includes managing escalated client concerns, coordinating with internal teams when required, and ensuring resolutions are delivered within defined timelines without compromising service quality.
