Role Overview: The Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator will provide strategic administrative and operational support to the management team. She will manage executive schedules, plan meetings, and coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth business operations within the organization.
Administrative Management: The role involves handling correspondence, preparing reports, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups on all critical tasks. The candidate will also coordinate internal communications and maintain confidentiality across all executive-level matters.
Project Coordination: The successful applicant will track ongoing projects, monitor deadlines, and report on progress. She will act as a bridge between departments to ensure all objectives and deliverables are completed efficiently and within timelines.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction: The Executive Assistant will serve as a communication hub for executives, clients, and internal teams. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (or any European language) are essential to handle sensitive and high-level interactions professionally.
Scheduling and Event Planning: She will organize business meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements while managing daily executive calendars to ensure optimal efficiency. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities will be crucial.
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing presentations, drafting memos, and compiling project reports will be a core responsibility. The role demands strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and project management tools.
