We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel. This senior position requires exceptional leadership skills and extensive Food & Beverage expertise.

Key Requirements

Must be currently based in UAE

Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel

Extensive Food & Beverage background

Strong leadership capabilities

Multilingual proficiency

Currently employed in a similar role

Operations Management

Oversee daily hotel operations

Ensure exceptional service standards

Manage departmental budgets

Implement strategic initiatives

Monitor quality control systems

Food & Beverage Leadership

Direct F&B operations

Optimize restaurant performance

Ensure culinary excellence

Manage F&B budgets and costs

Develop new F&B concepts

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor department heads

Oversee staff training programs

Manage performance evaluations

Foster team development

Drive employee engagement

Guest Relations

Ensure guest satisfaction

Handle VIP guest requirements

Resolve complex guest situations

Maintain service excellence
