Job Overview: We are hiring an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management in Abu Dhabi. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth functioning of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and coordinate travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling confidential information, drafting correspondence, and serving as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Support: The role demands excellent time management and prioritization skills. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, preparing documents, and ensuring executives are well-prepared for meetings and business functions.
Communication Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the bridge between executives, staff, and clients. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain professionalism and represent the company effectively.
Documentation & Reporting: You will prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth document flow. Attention to detail is critical to avoid errors and maintain consistency in all executive-related tasks.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: This position requires adaptability and problem-solving ability, as you may need to handle last-minute changes, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support executives under tight deadlines.
